PROTEIN BARS MADE WITH REAL INGREDIENTS⎢WHEALTH NUTRITION

Finding a protein bar that actually tastes good shouldn’t be as difficult as it is.

Too many are overly sweet, strangely chewy, chalky, or packed with ingredients you probably wouldn’t choose to eat anywhere else. And while hitting your protein target matters, we don’t think that should mean settling for a snack you’re only eating because the numbers on the wrapper look good.

That’s exactly why we made Whealth Nutrition protein bars differently.

Our bars are made with high-quality protein, recognisable ingredients and flavours you’d genuinely choose to eat — whether you’re heading to the gym, running between meetings, travelling, doing the school run or simply need something substantial between meals.

Because protein bars shouldn’t just be for gym bags. They should work for real life too.

WHAT GOES INTO A WHEALTH PROTEIN BAR?

We’re pretty particular about what goes into our products.

Rather than filling our bars with unnecessary extras, artificial sweeteners or ingredients that are there purely to make a label work, we focus on ingredients that actually serve a purpose.

Depending on the flavour, you’ll find ingredients including whey protein, dates, peanut butter, grape concentrate, citrus fibre and sunflower lecithin.

Our Peanut Cookie Crunch bar, for example, contains 20g of protein per 60g bar while still being made with ingredients chosen for taste, texture and nutrition.

Whey protein

Whey protein is a complete protein, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids.

It gives our protein bars their high-protein base and makes them an easy way to add more protein into your day — particularly when cooking another chicken breast isn’t exactly appealing.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, but you absolutely don’t need to be a bodybuilder to care about getting enough of it.

Dates

We use dates and date paste to bring natural sweetness and texture to our bars rather than relying on artificial sweeteners.

They help give the bars that soft, satisfying chew while also contributing carbohydrates and fibre.

And, importantly, they taste like actual food.

Peanut butter

In our peanut-based bars, roasted peanut butter brings richness, texture and that unmistakable nutty flavour.

It also contributes naturally occurring protein and fats, helping create something that feels far more satisfying than the dry, powdery protein bars many of us have reluctantly eaten over the years.

Grape concentrate

Grape concentrate provides sweetness and helps bring the ingredients together without the need to rely on traditional sugar syrups.

It’s another example of the approach we take across Whealth: use ingredients intentionally, not simply because they’re standard in the category.

Citrus fibre

Citrus fibre is made from citrus peel and helps us achieve the soft, chewy texture we want from our bars.

It also contributes fibre and helps the bars hold their consistency without leaning heavily on synthetic stabilisers.

It might not be the glamorous ingredient on the list, but it has a job — and that’s rather the point.

How are Whealth protein bars made?

The idea behind our protein bars is actually very simple:

make something nutritionally useful that still feels like food you’d want to eat.

Getting there is a little more complicated.

The ingredients have to work together to create the right balance of protein, sweetness, chewiness and crunch without turning the finished bar into the kind of dense protein brick that requires determination and a litre of water to get through.

Ingredients such as dates and peanut butter help create the soft base, while whey protein and crisp elements contribute structure and texture.

We also avoid artificial sweeteners, unnecessary fillers, palm oil and seed oils in our current protein bar range.

Because if an ingredient doesn’t need to be there, we’d rather leave it out.

What do Whealth Nutrition bars taste like?

Nutrition matters.

But so does actually enjoying what you eat.

We wanted our flavours to feel indulgent without creating bars that are overwhelmingly sweet or artificial tasting. The current Whealth Nutrition protein bar range includes Peanut Cookie Crunch, Salted Caramel Crisp and Nutty Pistachio Cream.

Peanut Cookie Crunch

If peanut butter is your thing, start here.

Peanut Cookie Crunch combines roasted peanut flavour with cookie-inspired crunch and a soft, satisfying texture.

It gives you that familiar peanut-cookie feel while still delivering 20g of protein per bar.

Salted Caramel Crisp

Sweet caramel, a little salt and just enough crunch.

Salted Caramel Crisp was created for those moments when you want something that feels like a proper treat but still gives you the nutritional benefits of a high-protein snack.

No sad “healthy alternative” energy required.

Nutty Pistachio Cream

Nutty Pistachio Cream is our slightly less predictable option.

Rich, nutty and creamy, it offers something different from the endless chocolate-and-peanut flavours that tend to dominate protein bar shelves.

It’s smooth, satisfying and just indulgent enough.

What are the benefits of Whealth Nutrition protein bars?

1. High in protein

Our protein bars are designed to make getting more protein into your day easier.

The Peanut Cookie Crunch bar, for example, provides 20g of whey protein per 60g bar.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, so a high-protein snack can be particularly useful after training — but it’s just as useful when you’re busy, hungry and want something more substantial than a packet of crisps.

2. Made for everyday life

Whealth isn’t a brand that only makes sense inside a gym.

Our bars are for workouts, yes — but they’re also for workdays, travelling, school runs, long drives, handbags, desk drawers and those days where lunch somehow turns into 4pm.

Good nutrition has to fit into real life or, realistically, most of us won’t stick to it.

3. Satisfying, not just “high protein”

A snack can have impressive macros and still leave you wanting something else ten minutes later.

That’s why we care about the whole bar, not just the protein number.

The combination of protein, fats, carbohydrates and fibre helps create a more substantial snack, while the soft texture and proper flavours make it feel like something you actually chose to eat.

4. No artificial sweeteners

We don’t use artificial sweeteners in our protein bars.

Instead, sweetness comes from ingredients such as dates and grape concentrate.

Our bars are also gluten free, palm-oil free and seed-oil free, reflecting the wider Whealth approach of keeping formulations purposeful and avoiding ingredients simply because everyone else uses them.

Protein bars shouldn’t feel like a compromise

Whealth started with a pretty simple belief:

choosing something nutritionally better shouldn’t mean choosing something you enjoy less.

You shouldn’t have to pick between a snack that tastes good and one that gives you a decent amount of protein. And you definitely shouldn’t need to convince yourself that something is delicious because it technically fits your macros.

Our protein bars were created to sit somewhere much more useful: genuinely enjoyable food that also happens to deliver substantial protein.

They’re easy to keep in your bag, useful when life gets busy and satisfying enough to actually feel like a snack.

No chalky texture. No artificial sweeteners. No need to save them exclusively for leg day.

Just good ingredients, proper flavour and nutrition that works in everyday life.

Because that’s what Whealth is really about: making better choices easier to live with — and much nicer to eat.

Ingredients and nutritional values can vary between flavours. Always check the packaging or individual product page for the most up-to-date information.
