Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Whealth Nutrition Limited are unable to accept the return of perishable food items, including our protein bars.

If there are any issues with your product or are not satisfied with the quality, then please follow the Faulty Items procedure below.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us using the link or email us directly at customerservice@whealtnutrition.com. Please include the following details in your message to enable us to identify your order.

  • Order Number
  • Date of Order
  • Product Description (including product type, flavour and size)
  • Product Expiry Date
  • Batch Number
  • A Photograph of the Issue

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
